Hi, I'm Helen

 

 I am a BACP member with a wealth of experience in private business and the public and third sectors.  I came to counselling later in life and therefore am aware of crisis, loss, dispossession and financial issues as I have lived through them.

 

As a qualified child and young persons therapist, my approach is client centred and spiritual and I am open to you finding your own solutions in therapy as it is your life and you are in charge.

 

I provide a listening ear to reflect you back to you, so that regardless of age, you can find your own solutions to any issues you choose to bring to therapeutic counselling. 

You have the power and potential.  Therapy is just a place to re visit and unlock it.

 

Your life experience and expertise is personal to you and in your initial consultation with me you can decide if I am the right practitioner for you with no charge.
